Shipping & Local Pickup

 

The Black Swan Company does not currently offer shipping. Don't fret, we're working on custom packaging that will allow us to safely and effectively ship anywhere within the contiguous United States.

In the meantime, DMV residents can purchase our Signature Syrups at any of our upcoming events or get in touch to schedule a private tasting.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

 

We understand that you may change your mind about keeping our product(s) after you've made a purchase. We facilitate exchanges, returns, and refunds on a case-by-case basis, as follows:

 

Exchanges

Exchanges made at one of our local, recurring pop-ups may be accepted up to 30 calendar days from the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, our product(s) must be unopened, unused, and in the same undamaged condition as when received. Receipt or proof of purchase must also be provided for the product(s). You may exchange our product(s) for any other(s) at the same price point at no additional charge, or for any other(s) at a higher price point and pay the difference in base price plus sales tax.

 

Returns

Returns made at one of our local, recurring pop-ups may be accepted up to 30 calendar days from the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, our product(s) must be unopened, unused, and in the same undamaged condition as when received. Receipt or proof of purchase must also be provided for the product(s).

 

Refunds

Refunds may be requested within 30 calendars days of the purchase date for defective product(s). Please email info@theblkswn.co with "Refund Request" in the subject line and provide proof of defects. Our team will determine whether the proof provided qualifies the product(s) as defective. Upon our approval, any defective unopened product(s) will be refunded or replaced at no charge, with no need to return the defective product(s). Refunds will be made to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment issuer's policies. 

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges, returns, or refunds for any reason, including violations of any of the policies, terms, and conditions outlined above and below.
